Developes, nurtures and maintains client relationships within area of responsibility of Production Operations and Maintenance applications. Accountable for client satisfaction with in portfolio with agreed metrics and must be able to execute plans to achieve satisfactory ratings. Manage customer established budgets with Engineering and Finance applications as well as Supply Chain / Shop Floor / Manufacturing endeavors. Responsible for account applications growth/expansion. Responsible for workload planning for portfolio in collaboration with the Demand Manager. Monitors Service Delivery Performance via standard reports and statuses.
