JJWild, a Perot Systems company, develops and delivers integrated IT solutions that empower organizations using the MEDITECH Healthcare Information System (HCIS) to optimize healthcare delivery. Recently acquired by Perot Systems, JJWild now offers an even wider range of products, services, and support for the MEDITECH community. We are currently looking for a SE Region- MEDITECH Business Development Specialistto join the JJWild team based out of Canton, MA.

Candidates must located within the Southeast Region of the US (such as FL, GA, AL). This role requires travel 50-75%, primarily within region.

Job Responsibilities
  • To support a Regional Sales Director in the development/execution of winning pursuits of net new and extended consulting service engagements
  • Adhere to the organization's business development/sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance for the analysis, design and implementation of MEDITECH applications, including Clinical, Administrative and/or Financial applications.
  • To apply general and specific knowledge of JJWild Consulting capabilities, MEDITECH capabilities, and general healthcare operations in support of: Sales opportunity qualification; The coordination of MEDITECH subject matter expertise; Assessment of prospect/client requirements; Sales strategy development; Written and oral conceptual/business propositions
  • Participate as a member of the JJWild Sales Organization and support the JJWild Marketing Department
  • To actively sustain working relationships with the MEDITECH, Inc. Sales and Marketing Departments
  • Maintain consistent and accurate pursuit tracking via the Goldmine System, and other systems


    Required Skills
  • 3 years of work experience as a healthcare consultant for MEDITECH applications
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) in one or more “focus areas”: Patient Care, Advanced Clinicals, Departmentals (Lab, Rad, Pharm.), Supply Chain, General Financials, Revenue Cycle, IT Strategic Planning
  • Demonstrated ability to sell, track record of success
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-75%

  • Existing Market recognition as an accomplished and trusted MEDITECH professional
  • Fluency in healthcare trends/drivers of change
  • Ability to anticipate hospital decision maker requirements
