Description
I have an amazing opportunity for a qualified candidate. I'm looking for a seasoned investment specialist, retirement specialist, financial planner (CFP).

Requirements
- Currently licensed with a series 6 or 7
- Experience in analyzing portfolios and recommending retirement strategies
- Team Player
- Relationship builder
- Adaptable to our systems (doesn't need to have experience with them just adapt to them)
- Understanding of insurance and financial products
- Believes in insurance products and their role in a secure financial future

The specialist will first need to understand and adapt to the Bankers/UVEST 5 step sales cycle (Refer, Organize, Review, Analyze, Recommend). In this cycle the specialist is NOT the prospector the insurance agents are. The specialist is the closer. The specialist spearheads ever step of the cycle including teaching the agents to refer their clients. The investment specialist will report directly to the Branch Manager and attend all management meetings. Office days will vary based on agent office schedules. It is imperative that the specialist understand the importance of relationship building and team building to be a viable candidate for this position.

There is a management opportunity available as well which would allow for overwrite on agents assigned directly to the specialist. For managements and leadership positions additional responsibilities would include educating, training and developing agents. Developing business plans and strategies with the agents and holding them accountable.
