Responsibilities
Prepares financial reporting requirements including quarterly and year-end statements (Form 10-Qs and 10-Ks), as well as additional filings including Form 8-Ks, S-3s, and S-8s, under the leadership of the Reporting Manager. Guarantees compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP for all filings. Works directly with the SEC Reporting Manager and Accounting/Finance team to ensure timely and compliant reporting. Prepares and electronically files with the SEC Section 16 Filings for executives and directors (Form 3, 4, and 5). Participates and analyses internal control documentations to ensure compliance with control requirements mandated by sections 302, 404, and 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Assists in preparation of Equity reports, journal entries, ESPP calculation and SFAS 123 Disclosure. Assists in supplying analysis of Company financial statements and budget to actual variance analysis. Provide support for the preparation of Fiscal Year Budget. Participates in month end close process by preparing and entering journal entries, review entries and account reconciliations. Will be a backup to calculate and prepare state sales tax remittance on a monthly basis. Works as a team member in the accounting and finance departments. Interfaces with management in various departments including legal, business development, investor relations, operations, engineering, and sales and marketing.Reports to SEC Reporting Manager
Education: BA or BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA

Experience: 2-7 years
