SECRET cleared Software Testers with Loadrunner or Winrunner experience
Kforce is looking to hire 2 talented Software testers that either have a current, active Secret clearance, or have had an active Secret clearance in the past 24 months. Ideal candidates will have significant experience utilizing Loadrunner, however, Winrunner and/or other automated load testing tools is acceptable.

Project: These consultants will be working on the SMART project. SMART is the State Messaging and Archive Retrieval Toolset. In short, its like Outlook only tailored for the state with confidential settings.

This is a windows based project. One of the IDEAL CANDIDATES will have LOADRUNNER. Additionally, these individuals do need to have a Secret clearance. We can also consider interim TS. The consultants will need to be able to perform the testing and write test procedures and plans.

Skills:
Test Plan writing skills: Test case, test scenarios, and test procedure development
Testing: integration, system qualification, and acceptance testing to include functional, error handling and recovery, performance, stress, security, operational, external system interfaces, regression, and verification
Also looking for someone with Load Runner experience (will need to know how to develop/write load scripts) to conduct performance/stress testing
A clear understanding of the testing methodology/process
Good communication and people skills (customer relations)
Flexible and able to work under intense conditions
