SENIOR ERP TECHNICAL ANALYST - PERM Position

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide application architecture direction and guidance to ERP projects; Familiarity with large-team software development and release cycles; Provides expertise in software development lifecycle management (analysis, design, development, testing training, etc.) of new ERP development, including reports, interfaces, business forms, data migration, user exits, and workflow; Participates in the development, maintenance and enhancement of ERP applications; Collaborates with customers, staff, IT and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options; Provides assistance in setting configuration and apply configuration settings as required; Assists in ERP system performance monitoring and provide necessary ERP program performance tuning on an ongoing basis; Provides vision, recommendations, and support for new ERP module deployment (HR, FI etc.) ; Assists with understanding the business processes and how the application supports the business processes and applies this knowledge to best solve problems; Assists with understanding configuration dependencies and interrelationships between data warehouse/business intelligence tools and designs, and troubleshoots in the area with this knowledge.df-tc

Experience/Skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1) A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related information technology field, with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment;
2) more than six years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in complex technology projects featuring planning and implementation of major ERP packages; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
a) Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing complex business applications using ERP solutions;
b) demonstrable experience in problem resolution;
c) excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
d) ability to work in a multi-programmer environment; e) create and help with integration test scenarios; f) experience with Oracle databases is preferred.
