Project
Parsons proved that a cost-effective processing facility could be built by designing, fabricating and testing the first industrial-scale prototype to validate the DOE's separation process.

Need
We are now designing and will build, commission and operate a first-of-its-kind Salt Waste Processing Facility. We are seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Designer to prepare difficult and complex layout and design drawings utilizing theoretical and practical design knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to check orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) drawings prepared by others.Perform checking procedures as appropriate to the discipline and assigned by immediate supervisor. Also, have experience using Smart Plant Instrumentation (InTools) andPLC and/orDCS programming experience.


Requirements



2-year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited design/drafter course(or equivalent)


8+ years of relevant piping design experience


PDS experience desired


Proof of U.S. citizenship is required
