We are seeking a top-flight Java developer with experience in electronic trading operations, ideally supporting a program trading desk or algorithmic trading operation.

Our client is a boutique shop known for having some the most sophisticated algorithmic trading solutions in the industry. They license their technology to a small number of large clients, ncluding international banks, brokers, asset managers, and hedge funds, and are growing quickly.

The environment is casual but challenging, and the opportunity for growth for the right candidate is tremendous.

The candidate must be highly motivated and hands-on, with superior core Java skills (particularly concurrent programming), and broad electronic trading operations experience (particularly US equities and FIX). Experience with real-time market data feeds a plus.

Compensation is competitive, including bonus pool on par with ANY FIRM!
