Description
The analyst should have at least 5 years of object oriented program development. The analyst should also have Java development experience using an IDE such as JBuilder. The programmer should have written EJBs, JSPs, struts, design patterns, javascript and used XML. The development platform will be NT, however Unix experience is also a plus. Rational Rose experience is also preferred. This consultant will develop the database schema and application based on the completed and approved Software Requirements and Use Cases. This consultant will provide timely updates on his/her development progress and alert the Engagement Manager of any significant issues that can potentially impact the project scope and timeliness.
