Currently, we are seeking a Senior Manager for ITS PROCESS & COMPLIANCE for our Neenah WI location.

POSITION PURPOSE:
You will lead development and maintenance of ITS work processes, methods and procedures which enable the realization of ITS strategic intent, mission and vision. Ensure process governance and compliance in order to mitigate legal and regulatory risk to Kimberly Clark. You will provide effective leadership to all levels of consultants and analysts and their teams (13 team members) through the utilization of Performance Management best practices and leadership skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A Bachelors degree with 15 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree relative to the position with 10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills described in the Position Profile section. Must have a thorough understanding of an IT risk and controls framework as well as the business and technical impact of external regulations such as SOX 404 and FDA-CSV. Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma is highly desired.

CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS:
Primary customers are the ITS CIO, ITS Directors, and approved ITS project teams. Project teams may consist of project leaders, work stream leaders, delivery leaders, and subject matter experts at U.S. and international sites. Other key customers include functional leaders and individual contributors where needs require specific knowledge and skills possessed by the incumbent.

You will partner with Corporate Finance, Corporate Legal, Corporate HR, Corporate Communications, Senior ITS Leadership, and the CIO to deliver highly efficient and effective work processes that ensure cost effective delivery of ITS services to the Corporation. You will provide proactive high quality consulting service as an expert resource on the procedures associated with all ITS work processes including the Global IT Standards, and Corporate Financial Instructions. In addition, the incumbent is to provide expertise regarding regulatory compliance, including SOX and FDA, and risk mitigation strategies.

Customer expectations include:
? Clearly defined IT standards and IT process framework which are in alignment with business objectives
? Access to expertise and high quality consulting in the area of IT Change Management
? A controlled governance library containing IT processes, definitions, and resources
? Assistance in developing and maintaining ITS Internal Control Plans
? An understanding of audit results and the impact on SOX 404 attestation
? A training program addressing process expectations (Governance) and measuring related performance (Compliance)
? Access to well trained staff that can provide expertise and consultation on IT Compliance including Computer System Validation (CSV), Federal Drug Administration (FDA), Corporate Policies and Standards, and internal processes
? Adjustment of IT standards and IT process framework according to cyber/IT risk assessment and changing business objectives

SCOPE:
You will direct the facilitation of all process development and compliance activities for the function to ensure efficiency, transparency and appropriate financial controls are established.

  • Identifying and proposing strategies, processes and methodology that will enhance operational effectiveness and add value for Kimberly Clark.
  • Gaining understanding of and commitment to new concepts and methods of operation which are difficult to translate and may run counter to prevailing philosophies and practices
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and resolve potential conflicts with other major projects
  • Establish an atmosphere of trust, honesty, respect and cultural awareness among team members and customers to enable the team to effectively meet customer expectations.
  • Effectively engage and influence the decision making process by providing valued counsel, guidance and analytical support while operating in a matrix organization design.
  • Effectively engage and influence management to take ownership of process and compliance accountabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively in a matrix organization, at all levels, and drive collaboration across multiple levels/functions/departments/countries/regions of the enterprise.
  • Comfortable with and able to navigate/mitigate ambiguity and conflict

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    1. Lead a team recognized as the Center of Excellence regarding IT Process Governance, Risk Management and Compliance; ensure the organization attracts, develops and retains the best people and fosters an environment that motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results.
    2. Ensure Kimberly-Clark has implemented best practices for the planning, prioritizing and ongoing management of ITS work processes; and the IT Process Framework considers business objectives, internal control requirements, and external standards and regulations.
    3. Direct IT process activities including the IT Risk Management and IT Compliance programs to ensure alignment with enterprise process initiatives and priorities.
    4. Identify process opportunities that provide strategic/tactical advantages in planning, managing and conducting business. Ensure that recommended functional changes consider future organizational and cost trends.
    5. Maintain a high degree of business and functional knowledge within the ITS staff to ensure that changes fulfill business requirements.
