NOTE: This is an individual contributor role.

Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Bachelor's Degree in C.S., E.E. or related discipline. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.df-tc
