Quality Assurance and Testing resourceDescription of position:The QA/Tester will be working under the direction of the N-SCOPE Project Manager and Test Manager. The responsibilities include reviewing vendor requirement, design and testing documentation for completeness and accuracy, creating testing related deliverables for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both functional and non-functional, requirement matrix verification and maintenance, UAT execution, test defect documentation and regression testing. The review of specifications will also include gap analysis of business requirements and processes with defined system functionality, identifying derived functional and non-functional requirements and conflicts with currently deployed functionality.The N-SCOPE QA/Tester must have the following competencies / skills : 5-8 years experience with End to End SDLC3 years experience in QA and TestingStructured Test Design UML familiarity e.g. Use Case, Sequence & State Diagrams, etc.Requirement Analysis, ability to identify potential gaps in requirements and designExperience testing globally deployed enterprise, J2EE, web based, applicationsTest DirectorLoadRunner - planned, written, executed scripts and results analysis QuickTest
