Large SW Michigan Company needs one solid senior software developer (.net) with solid .net background and good C# experience and expertise. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Job Experience/ QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 5 years professional work experience in Information Technology.
2. Solid .NET background (required) (past jobs should have been as a net developer)
3. Good C# experience and expertise
4. ADO .NET/ASP .NET - web development experience and experience developing against SQL
5. Good understanding of software methodology and the software development process best practices
6. Solid understanding of Microsoft's server products - an understanding of what products exist and what they're used for
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Solid education credentials - such as Bachelors in Comp Science (this is actually important to the customer)

Preferred (but not necessary required):
9. .NET Certified (MCSD or MCAD or MCP with focus on .NET)
11. Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory (most of the work over the past several months has been developing against this technology)
12. Some experience with SharePoint
