We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in our York, PA Development Center.

The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated software quality assurance engineer with significant knowledge of the principals of software testing and will have five to eight years of experience.

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Understanding of SDLC and software testing principles and procedures - 5 years or more of applied experience.
· Thorough understanding of the mechanisms and methods to establish and accurately establish functional verification in complex software systems.
· Experience designing, writing and maintaining test plans, test designs and test cases.
· Hands-on experience testing in Windows OS, IIS, and SQL Server platforms.
· Competent programming experience with VB6, C#, C++ or script languages.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
· Software automation tools such as Load Runner, Silk Test - 2 to 3 years hands on experience.
· Experience with defect tracking systems and source code control
