Description
Well known Financial Company has immediate need for a Sr. Systems Network Administrator who has a minimum of nine years experience in Systems Administration in a Windows environment and a minimum of two years administering an Exchange 2000 or higher messaging environment. Responsibilities will include the following; Application support & troubleshooting complex IT issues; Design and implement tools to improve and scale the overall infrastructure; Perform installation of third party application upgrades and resolution of software related problems; Maintain data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity; Demonstrate leadership qualities and decision-making ability; Basic web page design using MS FrontPage or equivalent with an SQL backend.
Must have the following experience: Scripting in VBScript or PERL; SQL database knowledge along with web reporting tools; Expertise with current Internet Technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, XML, HTTP, DHTML, etc.); .NET experience is a plus; Professional services/Accounting/Finance background is a plus.
