REQUIRED SKILLS :* Minimum 12 months of Experience in developing Integration Applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x. * Experience with TIBCO adapters like Siebel, SAP, Tuxedo are preferred. *Extensive knowledge of Web services is required. 1-2 years of experience with TIBCO, additonal experience with other integration platforms like WebMethods, MQ Series, Vitria, Weblogic Integration Platform a strong plus. *Experience with developing J2EE applications in BEA Weblogic are a plus. *Strong analytical and problem solving skills. *Excellent communication and documentation skills are required. Knowledge of wireless industry are a plus. DESIRED SKILLS * Java programming experience * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with StarTeam source code control system
