Duties: Shall be responsible for administrating Solaris, Linux, HP-UX & AIX Unix operating system. Shall manage Sun Midrange hardwares, Tape Libraries, FC switches, Veritas Volume Manger, Veritas NetBackup, Veritas File System, Legato backups, EMC & Sun SAN Storage. Take care of database administration, backups of Oracle, Informix & Sybase. Provide backup support using On Bar & RMAN Req. a Bachelors of Engg. In any field plus 6 years of experience as an information technology professional. Must have at least 3 yrs. exp. in all above stated skills and tools. Required Certifications in Sun System Administrator for Solaris, Linux Operating Environment, Oracle Database and Veritas NetbackupRequirements: Bachelor's degree/ equivalent (will accept combination of education and work experience) in Engineering and 6 years of experience as an IT professional.
