Description
Robert Half Technology is partnering with a growing advertising/marketing firm to help staff their SEO team. The Search Marketing Analyst will assist in planning, implementing, tracking and analyzing search marketing programs and campaigns that include search engine optimization (SEO) and search marketing (PPC). This position will stay apprised on industry trends and search engine algorithms and Pay-Per-Click (PPC), assist in resolving client and internal issues/conflicts as related to search campaigns, assist in defining measurement models, including return on investment keyword research to identify client's most targeted and relevant keywords, edit existing sites in order to optimize page titles, text links, meta tags, alt tags, headers and body content, submit client sites to search engines and directories, research and develop link popularity campaigns providing monthly reports on PPC and SEO campaigns, create and maintain case studies, and maintain ongoing search dashboards for clients.

Experience/Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to conduct basic-level mathematical analysis of trend data A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment General HTML knowledge; however, this is not a Web development role Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of work experience in SEM related environment
