Description
Growing interactive agency seeks motivated, energetic search engine optimization pro. We're looking for the right combination of strategic and analytical skills to work on major national-level pharmaceutical projects. Must be flexible, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong leadership skills. Will be part of the core account team and maintain a strong relationship with clients and internally across all disciplines.


Description:

Independently manage organic search optimization projects from strategy through implementation.
Provide guidance and thought leadership to a growing team of passionate search engine marketers.
Leverage skills in search engine writing to improve effectiveness of site content.
Work with the analytics team to monitor search engine results and analyze key Web site metrics on all SEO related campaigns.
Research and resolve internal and external link architecture.
Monitor algorithmic changes in the search engines to determine when and how to adapt implementation methodology.
Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, frequent conference calls, and presentations.

Desired Experience:

Interactive agency experience preferred.
Industry experience in pharmaceuticals or health care is a plus.
Pay-per-click search campaign experience is a plus

Experience/Skills
A minimum of two years experience managing SEO campaigns and working with Web analytics platforms. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) with interest or emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science or related field. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively multi-task managing multiple optimization projects in a deadline driven environment. Experience with keyword research, keyword research tools, and keyword selection. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to perform basic budget management and forecasting. Advanced knowledge of Excel
