RESPONSIBILITIES.. Include:
Provide IT help desk services and processes. Participate in and contribute to corporate
Standardization and streamlining of services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly on Service Desk providing Level I and level II support to global end user community.
- Work closely with Level II and Level III Support to provide timely and effective incident management and root cause problem resolutions.
- Identify problematic "systems" and manage change control processes.
- Recognize potential future business problems that may affect productivity.
- Keep abreast of changes to existing supported systems and new systems installed.
- Assist business unit desktop support team members in their specific functions as required.
- Perform administrative tasks related to maintenance of Service Desk and desktop software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Job Experience/ QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in a formal Help desk operations experience running a regional Service Desk supporting over 5,000 users
2. Four year computer science degree or related field or equivalent experience
3. EXPERT PC technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
4. Excellent customer facing communication skills
5. MUST be ITIL certified.
6. Familiar with Remedy Applications.
7. Familiar with HP Radia Application
8. Good Project management skills
9. Industry standard certification a plus.
