• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience • - 3+ years experience supporting Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 (This includes infrastructure server design / capacity planning, software distribution, and client support) • - Proficient VBscript and Windows shell scripting skills • - Expert-level knowledge of the Windows registry • - Strong security awareness • - Experience with networking technologies, particularly as they apply to Windows devices • - Excellent written and oral communication skills • - Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer-service skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organizationdf-tc

Experience/Skills
- Experience administering Citrix Presentation Server and designing a Citrix architecture / configuration is desired. - Experience trouble shooting relational dependency issues between SMS and SQL, SQL query language, and database architecture / design. - Familiarity with software virtualization technology such as Softgrid- Lite and Zero touch Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) experience preferred - Certification: MCSE or MCSA
