Familiar with SMS distribution, packaging of software applications for distribution via SMS, ability to write documentation for software/hardware, ability to analyze security requirements for software and hardware.

SQL/HTML/Database experience with writing queries and data manipulation.

Self starter with the skills/social skills to attend meetings with Government representatives and then analyze requirements and develop packaging/deployment plan.
