Responsible for creating all enterprise wide desktop images and image deployment technologies.

Develop desktop and network automation utilities.

Responsible for the packaging and distribution of security and software for multiple operating systems and software.

Responsible for beta testing new applications and technologies, make recommendations, and prepare end users for implementation.

Through excellent customer service, ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction with end users and support staff.

Experience/Skills
**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**
Position based in St. Louis, MO
No Sub-Contractor or 1099 need to apply

Expert-level knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP operating systems

Proficiency with packaging\scripting software such as Wise Installer, Install Shield, WHS, VB Script, etc-

Thorough knowledge of Windows registry, Group Policy, and Local Security Templates

Proficiency with Imaging software and techniques such as Ghost, Altiris, and Sysprep

Working knowledge of Microsoft Systems Management Server and Active Directory administration

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of cable television products and services

Demonstrates knowledge of change control practices and procedures

Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM or similar methodology
