Job Title: Software Consultant

Clearance: TS/SCI

Location: Washington, DC

Job Description:
? Experience in ?Giza? Giza ? Design Enhanced 2003 - for furniture layout support
? CAD operator, providing the Joint Staff with new or updates engineering drawings, using AutoCAD or Microstation software.
? Experience in AutoCAD and Micro Station programs/applications
? Also, provide Tech Writer support for Command Center facilities documents in the following areas:
o Facility Test Plans
o Operation Plans
o Training aids for O&M
o Standard Operation Procedures
o HEMP (hardened facility) standard
? Maintain the documentation package for the facility
? Provide configuration control and documentation of any changes to include, electrical panel schedules, feeder routes, electrical one-line, mechanical piping, mechanical ductwork, balance schedules and office configurations.
? Configuration Management Database updated with new information within 20 days of project completion.
? Database items - 98% accuracy rate is maintained at all times.
? Update the current Micro Station format drawings to reflect as-built conditions of any change or work performed under this contract.
? Provide configuration management of all facility systems to include panel schedules, one lines, duct layout, valve schedules, sensor locations, control diagrams, sequence of operations, standard operating procedures (normal and emergency operations) and floor plans (including furniture and systems layout).
? Utilize workstations, plotters, and one scanner to produce AutoCAD and Micro station drawings to be used by the facilities office to design and document projects.
? Maintaining a professional appearance is of the utmost importance when conducting business with the customersdf-tc
