We have an immediate need for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER C#.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CDI is seeking a C#/.NET Software Developer for web application development in support of our work on Navy maintenance. Experience in C# and ASP.NET mandatory.

Work will span all areas of software development, including requirements gathering and documentation, writing and debugging code, test plan development and implementation, and eventual rollout and user training for multiple applications. Experience in DoN and DoD-relevant areas including information security, technology rollout and IT customer interface desired.

This is a full time position in the Washington, D.C. area that will involve some travel (<5% of the time) within the United States. This position is available for immediate fill.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in IT-related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Required: Fluent in C#, ASP.NET 2.0
- Desired:
- Experience writing unit tests and/or Test-Driven Development
- Experience in AJAX, Web Services, XML/XSD and CSS
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server 2K5, Oracle 10g) and writing SQL queries
- Experience with NUnit, NAnt, Subversion
- Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Have experience working with an IT process from conception though deployment and support and be able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements with short notice deadlines.

Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
