Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a SOX Senior Specialist to join our team in Lake Forest, California.

Job Responsibilities:
In this role you will be the liaison with KPMG for internal SOX audits. You will also manage and drive audit remediation if required. Additionally, will coordinate the gathering of evidence for audits while navigating the organization to remediate audit findings. Will be required to manage resources to enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Will manage account and Perot resources to perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual review of control evidence.

Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years recent SOX experience
  • Participation in a SOX audit in the past
  • 1-2 years project management experience
  • Ability to drive and manage results
  • Application security experience
  • Experience communicating across functional lines and with customer executives
  • Understanding of application security
  • Ability to coordinate the flow of information in and out of the organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Desired Skills:
  • 2-3 years delivery manager experience preferred
  • Business Analyst skills preferred

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors’ Degree required
