SAP Payroll Manager Requirements:

- Experience in at least one full SAP implementation with experience in design, configuration and process re-engineering
- Ability to create and lead workshops
- Gather requirements fromthe functional and technical owners
- Basic knowledge of other HR modules and integration with the Benefits and Time modules
- Configuration experience in the Payroll Module
- Test Script development and execution
- Development of and/or participation in data conversion activities
- Development of technical requirements specifications


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the management and direction of multiple consulting projects or a single large and complex project.
- Has additional responsibility for building and maintaining a client base.
- Manages overall relationships with clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level executives of the client.
- Requires the highest level of project management and consulting skills.
- Identifies and pursues business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
- Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff.


Education and Experience:

- Advanced degree preferred.
- Typically has seven to nine years of relevant work experience, including both consulting and general industry experience.df-tc
