SQA EngineerCleburne, TXDescription:Kronos engineering is a thriving distributed organization with offices across the country. We are looking for motivated and talented engineers to join our engineering team in the DFW area (Cleburne) to help us solve and automate both domestic and global manufacturing workforce problems. This entry level position will get an opportunity to learn all facets of delivering and testing high value software.* Work with a variety of expert communities across engineering to produce high quality, high performing, industry leading applications that help companies effectively manage their workforce.* Work with the Product Management Team to define requirements* Create documentation and software unit tests (JUnit, etc.)* Develop and execute test strategies to validate new software releases against specified requirements and customer use cases* Design, develop and execute regression test suites* Assist with the development and implementation of automated test suites using SQL, XML and industry standard test tools* Create test summaries and provide metrics supporting test progress* Participate in requirement reviews and development design reviews* Participate in core team meetings, suggest improvements for test effectiveness* Coordinate installation and the acceptance of builds* Maintain test configurationsRequirements* BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience* GPA 3.0* Strong team player and self*starter* Detail oriented and organized* Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile development model* Knowledge of the software test process* Good troubleshooting and debugging skillsDevelop and execute test strategies to validate new software releases against specified requirements and customer use cases* Design, develop and execute regression test suites* Assist with the development and implementation of automated test suites using SQL, XML and industry standard test tools* Create test summaries and provide metrics supporting test progress* Participate in requirement reviews and development design reviews* Participate in core team meetings, suggest improvements for test effectiveness* Coordinate installation and the acceptance of builds* Maintain test configurationsdf-tc
