SQL Application Support AnalystA great firm located downtown is looking for a SQL Application Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will diagnose and correct problems with customer orders and issues by examining the order database and application log files, and by operating various support and monitoring tools. Must be able to work closely with customer service agents to resolve customer problems quickly and correctly. Also, the support analyst must document remedies to any recurring problems. The support analyst needs to have strong knowledge of SQL primarily selects, inserts, and updates using MS SQL server.
