Description
Immediate need for Application Support Technician I:

Seeking a highly talented individual to join our team as Application Support Technician I. The position will be responsible for supporting customers with our applications, data, data loading, site layouts, and search tools.

Skills:
Candidate must have 2+ years working with MS SQL Server running reports, generating SQL statements, and doing audit work.
Job Description:
Must have MS SQL 7, 2000, or 2005 experience creating SQL statements for DDL and DML
Skilled in manipulating data into SQL load files using Excel, Access, or scripting (WSH, Perl, or Windows CMD shell)
Good with DTS, SQL CMD, and MS SQL Server Management Studio
Troubleshooting skills including tailing logs and reading audit data to solve problems
Work in small team using email and ticketing system
Ability to work independently using existing documentation to help solve customer problems
Communication skills, documentation skills, and information sharing required
Knowledge of web based applications including work with IIS desired
Ability to recognize SQL performance problems and isolate possible contributors
Ability to handle multiple priorities within different project scopes
Familiarity with file conversion and manipulation tools desireddf-tc
