Description
Intertec, a leading IT Business Services Company has an immediate need at their client in Laguna, CA. Short term DBA engagement, likely about 2 months. This person will need to have had previous experience with SQL based accounting systems, experience with MAS500 would be preferred and they will be helping to create an internal reporting tool based off of data in the accounting DB.
Job Description:
Main role would be writing Stored Procedures for MS SQL 2000 to be utilized within ASP, as well assisting in designing specs / and implementing reporting requirements in a customized eDashboard / intranet setting. Outputting Reports in ASP 3 / HTML, Crystal Reports, and possibly PDF formats.

Required Skills: Requirements:
Database Administrator / Report Developer with Experience in and with the following:
- MS SQL 7 / 2000 (experience with MAS500 on SQL isnt a requirement, but both seperately are.)
- MAS200/500 (MAS500 Experience is PREFERRED over those that dont)

- Crystal reports 9 (PLUS, not a REQ)
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial Reporting / Analysis
- Ability to write optimized (FAST) SP an asset.
- Writing reports to assist in audit and review process with external auditors

- Full-Time - for 8 weeks (give or take)
- Start Date would be 2-3 weeks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Practices
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and project management skills
- BS Degree in Computer Science is a plus!
