SQL DBA - Richmond, VA - Contract

2-4 years experience as a SQL DBA, experience must be current

Must be currently living in the Richmond area.

Must be an US Citizen or currently holding a Green Card.

SQL DBA for a client located in Richmond, VA

Required Skills:
Candidate must have strong experience with SQL Server 2000 and 2005

Must have experience with monitoring database health and performance, backup and recovery process, monitoring backup jobs and addressing failures

Must have database development in a tiered .NET environment, preferably working with large databases

SSRS, DTS, and SSIS are required

MCDBA certification is highly preferred.
