Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience or equivalent education and experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with developers as well as business analysts in a team environment. The ability to write, troubleshoot, and performance-tune stored procedures and triggers. The ability to learn new technical skills and troubleshoot production database issues. Solid experience with SSIS, DTS and SQL Agent. Expert knowledge of MSSQL Tools: Query Analyzer, Enterprise Manager, Profiler. Familiarity with MSSQL Replication is required. Solid understanding of relational and dimensional database modeling as well as understanding of Cube technology and Microsoft Analysis Services. Solid understanding of features in SQL 2005. Knowledge of e-commerce and business basics and the ability to multi-task.
