Dynamic, well established company in Monterey Park has a position for a Supervisor for Administrative/Database Support Services. Will be responsible for software and hardware maintenance, ensuring databases are maintained up-to-date, generating reports from the database and exporting them into Excel and Access to produce a variety of reports and statistic, and supervising the Internal Support Services staff of four. Seeking someone experienced, with knowledge of software and hardware maintenance, extremely detail oriented, excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, and good customer service skills. Advanced database skills and experience in Access and SQL, as well as advanced Excel skills and experience in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Outlook also required.
