Description
Robert Half Technology has an excellent opportunity for an experienced SQL database administrator. This is for a 3-4 month contract to permanent for a major healthcare provider in the Texas Medical Center area. The biggest aspects of the job will be having experience with SQL 2005 as it relates to performance tuning, monitoring, installation, patching, and upgrades. The second major aspect of the job is clustering. The qualified candidate needs to be able to perform fail over clustering and high availability clustering. Experience/Skills
MS SQL 2005 is an absolute must.The qualified candidate will need disaster recovery experience and advanced MS SQL server experience in an enterprise environment.5 plus years of related work experience.Health care experience a major plus!
