Sapient Experience Marketing, a top ranked, award winning Interactive Marketing Agency, seeks a SQL Database Developer.

The chosen database developer must define, create and maintain enterprise database marketing solutions in a client/server environment. Analyze, test, and implement segmentation and communication strategies for clients. Experience with business applications based on client server model. Good analytical abilities and presentation skills. Our Developer?s also need Development Experience, Script writing and Code Changes, Stored Procedures, Index/ Performance Tuning and Triggers. Experience with high availability projects is desirable.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor?s degree with relevant technical experience, or Bachelor?s degree in computer science or information systems
0-2 years of experience in SQL programming, database modeling, data analysis, and technical document writing
Demonstrated experience working well with colleagues and customers of varying levels of technical expertise in high-pressure situations and fast-paced, complex work environments
Ability to conform as a member of a multidiscipline, high-performance project group
Successful experience in working with team members and end users to develop effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
Success in developing and implementing new technology and work processes
