The Database Support Specialist is primarily responsible for the support of various business applications which includes implementation, maintenance and ongoing support with a production environment;

Accountabilities: SQL Administration. Resolving database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and complex relational database problems. Provide continuous operational and technical support to application users and serves as the interface for the corporate office for critical business applications. The support provided includes problem solving, reporting, resolution and/or escalation. Additional duties include documentation, ad-hoc reporting and incident tracking.

Experience/Skills
Business Objects Universe Development experience is required and SAS experience is strongly preferred.

Experience: 6-8 years
