SQL, ETL Developer

For this position, you will use your experience as a Developer to create data warehouse applications for the Enterprise Services business within this world-renowned software company. You will provide the technical infrastructure necessary to analyze and publish the data generated by the daily business operations as defined by leads and Program Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing subsystems on major business systems
  
• Completing code deliverables within projects
  
• Ensuring that code meets specifications
  
• Writing code that is efficient and easily maintainable
  
• Conducting unit testing and debugging
  
• Communicating and defending design, requirements, feature sets, functionality, and limitations of subsystems
  
• Creating logical data and physical models based upon functional specifications
  
• Designing and developing databases optimized for reporting
  
• Contributing to the design and development of normalized, subject-oriented databases
  
• Designing and developing data manipulation processes

• 5+ years related work experience
  
• Experience in data warehousing
  
• Experience building operational reporting and analytical solutions
  
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling tools, and/or design methodologies
  
• Experience with SQL programming
  
• Design and administration experience with relational databases
  
• Bachelors degree in a related field
  
• Experience with SQL 2005 tools is a plus (Management Studio, SSIS, Report Builder)
  
• Experience with physical implementation of complex logical database designs is a plus
  
• Experience building dimensional data models and analysis services is a plus
  
• Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services is a plus
  
• Knowledge of SQL 2005 is a plus
