Mastech Inc is a growing company dedicated to innovation and teamwork. We are currently seeking a SQL/ Excel Macro Developer for our client in the Software Services domain. Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000/ Annually

Role: SQL/ Excel Macro Developer

Role Description: The SQL/ Excel Macro Developer would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate's primary responsibilities involve: Import client files in disparate formats into SQL Database; Data Mining, extracting, and mapping; and Client Interfaces including EDI, ETL ANSI Standard processing.

Required Skills/ Experience:

- Requires 3 to 5 years of Programming experience using specialized languages in any combination of pertinent education and experience.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to report status to leads is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in SQL Server Development (TSQL), Excel Macro Development, VBA Scripting, Access Form, Application Development, Visual Basic Scripting, and Visual Basic for Application Development.
- .Net/ C# experience is preferred.
- Healthcare/ Revenue Cycle experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming application activities.
- Analyzes, designs, and implements business application computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems, questions, or processes.
- Develops statements of problems and requirements, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment.
- Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from System Users to develop software.
- Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
- Participates in the design, specification, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems.
- Designs, codes, tests, and documents computer programs of moderate complexity.
- May participate with the customer in design reviews and technical briefings.
- Participates in the investigation of system requirements and assists in preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of forms and computer output, and documenting User procedures.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

W2 salaried with full benefits or W2 hourly all-inclusive rates.
