Location: Rancho Cordova (near Sacramento / Roseville)

Bi-Lingual (SQL Server and Oracle) Database Administrator Needed !!

Deltanet (soon to be part of the Delta Dental Family) is searching for an experience DBA who is very strong in SQL Server - and has some experience support Oracle databases as well.

Position will require about 60% support of SQL Server Databases and 40% on the Oracle side.

MUST have VERY strong SQL coding abilities and some experience with PL/SQL. MUST be experienced with performance tuning/issues, backups, restores, user administration, disaster recovery procedures, as well as creating queries, triggers, stored procedures, functions, etc.

ALL candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without need of VISA sponsorship or transfer - and MUST have EXCELLENT English communication skills (both verbal and written).

This is a 'production support' role - that requires 24x7 support and pager - so if you're not interested in being a significant support figure for a major data repository, this is NOT the position for you.
