Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a MS SQL Server DBA with SharePoint experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.�� Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL 2005 servers.�� Designs, codes, tests and implements computer programs for both online and webbased technologies using Visual Basic.NET, SQL, Access, JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET and CSS . �� Provides support for online courses using a SharePoint 2007 environment.�� Performs analysis and problem solving for both online and web applications.�� Prepares documentation of systems and computer programs for both online and web-based technologies.�� Resolves problems related to the client's ERP system.�� Other duties may be assigned.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE• 3-5 years related experience proficiency with the following technologies : SQL Server administration (SQL Server 2005), Visual Basic.NET, SQL query language, Access, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.• Experience using Management Studio and SQL 2005 SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).• Experience with administration of Sharepoint environment.• Experience writing documentation and systems analysis and design methodologies.• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.• Demonstrated planning, organizing and controlling skills, including proven expertise in follow-up and follow-through to completion projects both large and small in scope within established time frames.• Proven ability to think quickly and determine creative solutions to a variety of unexpected challenges.• Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully juggle multiple projects.• Information Systems or related bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
