Experience/Skills

SQL Server 2000 - 2005 Migration experience

Performed a 2000 to 2005 migration project "from cradle to grave" as opposed to coming onto a migration project mid-way or toward the end

Ideal candidates will have Clustering experience in 2005 and Encryption experience also in 2005 (Clustering experience is more important.)
