Role: Technology Applications DBA Assignment: IT Workflow Analyst Location: Green Bay, WI Humana's Workflow team is expanding and has a new position open on the application team. The Workflow team brings innovative business solutions to the entire enterprise thus enabling new and more efficient processes to accomplish Humana's business goals. We partner with Humana's business groups to turn business challenges into business solutions. As a Workflow Applications DBA you will: perform database design provide support to developers with trouble-shooting and performance tuning ensure continued database performance perform database maintenance As an Application DBA you will enable your project teams to develop, maintain, and enhance computer solutions for business needs. You will work with several Humana business groups as your project team turns business challenges to business solutions. Required Qualifications Strong Communication & Leadership Skills Team Oriented Physical and Logical Database Design Minimum 3 years of DBA/Development experience with SQL Server Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Application Development Experience in a .net, C Sharp, SQL environment SSRS Reporting Data Warehouse Design Reporting Relationships
