Description
Title: SQL Server Database Developer
SQL Server Database Developer is responsible for medium database projects as well as day-to-day requests from development team.
This person will perform periodic batch data loads, supporting applications and enhancing current processes by creating or modifying SQL, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, views, and database organization.
This person will also ensure that proper hardware requirements are being met. These tasks will be done with high quality and in timely fashion.
Required skills:
5+ years of Microsoft - SQL Server database development experience with at least 1 year in SQL Server 2005
Database logical and physical design
Transactional application database design
SQL Stored Procedure Development
Query Optimization
Data Extraction Transformation and Loading
SQL Server Backup / Recovery planning
Replication Management
SQL Server monitoring
SQ Server Administration
Comprehend written and verbal business requirements
Good communications skills
Independently plan, execute, and complete sub-projects

Location: Parsippany, NJ
