Our Atlanta based client is seeking a Database Developer for a full-time, permanent position in Atlanta. The right person must have experience in designing, creating, optimizing and programming using large-scale databases. The client is seeking someone who understands the fundamentals of good database and Datawarehouse design. The right candidate will have experience developing databases containing large amounts of data (50 million rows for example), and has experience in optimizing these systems for best performance.
Required skills/Experience:
BS degree in computer science.
Experience with large scale Microsoft SQL server database design, development and tuning.
Experience with Microsoft Report Services, integration services, and data warehousing a plus.
Experience with database administration, and stored procedure and table/index optimizations a plus.
