Our client located in Minneapolis is a full-service loyalty marketing agency dedicated to helping companies establish and enhance relationships with their customers. The client is growing and eager to add a full-time Database Marketing Manager to their talented team. In this position you will be responsible for executing their clients' database marketing programs, working with the rest of the agency team to provide strategic planning and analytical support. Requirements include: 4+ years database marketing experience, electronic and direct campaign management background, and proficiency w/database tools such as MS Access, SPSS and SQL Server and SQL-based query tools. In addition, our ideal candidate will have experience with DM measurement methodologies, LTV models and predictive and/or economic value modeling.
