Description
Our Manufacturing client in Tucker, GA is seeking an experienced SQR Applications Developer/Data Conversion Consultant to develop SQR applications, maintain existing applications and support PHP website development projects.

Duration: 12 to 18 Months

Compensation: $45 -$48/hr w/limited benefits or $83K with full benefits

Overall Responsibilities:

1) Writing ad hoc reports using SQR and Unix editors and/or Ultra-Edit as well as providing maintenance support

2) Fixing data issues using Toad/Sql* Plus.

3) Fine tuning application performance by understanding any bottleneck processes and analyze related queries for improved performance

4) Writing SQL and PL/SQL scripts as needed

Experience/Skills
Requirements Include:

Excellent conceptual and practical knowledge of Database design and development

3+ years of SQL programming and fine-tuning skills

3+ years of Oracle back-end development (packages, procedures and triggers) using such tools as TOAD, SQL*Plus, etc.

3+ years of Oracle*Forms design and development

3+ years of experience developing Oracle SQR and PLSQL jobs

Advanced knowledge of Oracle*Applications concepts and implementation

Good working knowledge of Unix environments

Basic knowledge of Oracle*Applications and Flexfields

Technical design writing, & documenting and capturing business processes

Good knowledge of Process Flowcharting, and ER Diagrams

Rapid prototype development using tools like VisualBasic

Good interpersonal skills

Good written and oral communication skills
