We have an immediate need for an SR DBA Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
The developer will be responsible for 1) managing, monitoring and performing production support maintenance and issues resolution, 2) developing application and process enhancements,
3) adherence to development standardization and documentation and 4) application and development. The developer will work within the 3 tier managed environment structure to deliver complete, accurate and timely reporting to support Credit Operations. The developer will be proficient and have demonstrated experience in SQL Server stored procedure development, database and table design, OLAP/Analysis Services, SSIS. Microstrategy (or similar BI tool) development experience required. The developer will interface with production change management processes and personnel. The developer must work well in a team setting and have excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and project management skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams, technology groups, and key business partners. ROP application knowledge is a plus.

Required Skills/Experience
. Demonstrated experience utilizing MS SQL 2005, OLAP/Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services, Object-Oriented design, Stored Procedures, and triggers; At least 5 years experience with SQL.
. Develop and maintain backup/recovery methods and procedures and database dictionaries
. Develop database objects using Common Language Runtime (CLRs).
. Maintain access and permission of database users
. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues.
. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with various levels of management.
. Ability to effectively influence and manage change with strong collaborating skills.
. Proven track record of achieving common goals with aggressive timeliness.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications
. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio), Sybase, Subversion (SVN) (remove ' Microstrategy are a plus")
. Bachelor's degree preferred.
