Description
Provide technical business and consulting expertise on issues with broad or strategic impact.
Identify business needs, evaluate business and technical alternatives, recommend solutions, and partipate in their implementation.

Conduct and direct analysis of highly complex problems and situations concerning system security and provide solutions
Evaluate proposed and existing complex interrelated systems
Consult with application programmers, system administrators, network engineers, and system and operations staff to provide technical information to resolve or clarify security issues
Participate in security product evaluations by use of benchmarks, pilots, and modeling to assess potential use of products within the environment
Create and maintain detailed security configuration templates and checklists

5-7 years access management and/or information security experience preferred
BS/BA degree required. MS/MA degree preferred.
Senior level position with both technical/architectural expertises.
Preferably hands-on experience, on either Sun Identity or Access Manager or both.
Strong Project Management skills preferred.
Work on defining the access management architecture, deployment options, integration requirements and options etc.
Must have implemented Sun Id Management or Waveset Technologies on a long-term project
CISSP preferred
Must have experience in requirement gathering and consensus negotiations to support an ID management project this project.
Deliver compliant processes across the organization into a single common set of workflows.
