Our direct client has a need for 3 SR Testers

Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: Open

Required Skills:
Test Account preparation
Writing of test scripts
Test execution
Assisting with filling out Trace Matrix as needed
Assisting with filling out Test Plan's as needed
Defect resolution/follow up
Writing Decks on the processes that currently exist within UAT
Examples: How to submit a request for a test account, how to prep a test account etc..

MKT TESTER:
* Responsibilities may also include the creation and execution of detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.
* Execution of scripts will include progress reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments.
* Also, will be required to participate in internal process and procedures improvement projects.
* May be responsible for the maintenance, training, and information communications for tools used to support the product development process.
* Adherence to the Project Delivery Process and documentation requirements, and internal process.
* Responsible for maintaining document template libraries and internal project documentation. Manage all verification and validation activities for all Production modifications including projects, releases, and changes.
* Assess risk to quality based on results of verification and validation and making appropriate recommendations. Coordinate with other QA Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers, and QA Core members.
* Provide QA consultative services to support users of the process.
* Responsible for providing test team leadership for integration testing of cross-functional systems.
* Day to day decisions are generally made without supervision or review. Varied scope of decision making
* 4+ years of Quality Assurance / Control experience with a thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology. 4+ years of management experience only required if role includes management of people. 4+ year of experience working with developers, project and release managers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time, interpersonal and people management skills.
* Previous experience with project risk assessments and the communication of these assessments. Credit card experience is a plus
* Knowledge of Test Director
